World Dairy Expo A Great Success For Accelerated Genetics

The 2008 World Dairy Expo was a great success with over 68,000 people from around the world gathering in Madison, WI.
Accelerated Genetics, a major 3-Star Sponsor of this big event, was busy with producers stopping by each of the two booths located in the Exhibit Hall and Coliseum. Accelerated Genetics was honored with the Best Commercial Booth Award Winner for their booth located in the Exhibit Hall (pictured at left). |

International Guests Visit Accelerated Genetics During World Dairy Expo

After the tour and a meal, the group traveled to Sun Burst Dairy in Belleville, WI. Sun Burst Dairy is owned and operated by Accelerated Genetics Board of Director's President Brian Brown and his wife Yogi along with their four children. Sun Burst Dairy boasts a modern, 500-cow freestall parlor operation designed for maximum cow comfort. |
This family farm has been an Accelerated Genetics cooperative member for the past 24 years and the farm breeds 100% of the herd to Accelerated Genetics' sires and utilizes both the PACE young sire program and GEMpc mating program. |

Following the tour, the International group met at the Monona Terrace for dinner and light entertainment sponsored by Accelerated Genetics along with partner World Wide Sires. |
Accelerated Genetic's Employee Reaches 200,000 Cow Club Milestone
 Richard "Dick" Beck recently reached the 200,000 Cow Club milestone as an Accelerated Genetics' technician in Wisconsin. Beck, recently attended the NAAB Convention to receive this honor.
Dick is the 2nd employee of Accelerated Genetics to reach this goal (his brother Don was the first) and he is only the 3rd person in the industry to receive this award.
